Our Team

Jonny

Jonny has 10 years of experience within the property sector, whether that be in New Homes or Estate Agency, he has his own rental portfolio & has helped various clients source and renovate properties within the SW. In his spare time, he enjoys playing cricket along with early mornings in the gym.

Darran

Darran has over 20 years of experience in property management and lives in the St Thomas area of Exeter along with his partner and 3 children. Darran has his own portfolio of HMO properties within the centre of Exeter and has a wealth of experience covering all aspects of HMO renovation and management. He enjoys Football, F1, Winter sports and time spent with the family.

Dan

Dan has over two years experience in lettings and property management. His proactive positive approach ensures that he delivers and maintains all services to the highest standard. With strong local link to the Exeter and surrounding Mid Devon localities. Dan lives with his partner & 2 children. During his free time he enjoys football, early starts in the gym and spending time with his family. Dan is also a registered Property Mark member.
