All our fees are shown inclusive of VAT. As we are not VAT-registered, no VAT is charged on any of our services.
Our landlord packages
Our fee for finding tenants is 7.2% of the annual rent. For rent collection services it is 9.5% of the annual rent plus a 4% annual rent set-up fee. For fully managed properties our fee is 10.75% of the annual rent and a 4% annual rent set-up fee. See below what is included in each of these.

Tenant Permitted Fees
Please note that your holding deposit may be non-refundable in the following circumstances:
If you provide false or misleading information which reasonably affects the Landlord’s decision to let the property to you.
If you fail a Right to Rent check.
If you withdraw from the proposed agreement.
If you fail to take all reasonable steps to enter into the tenancy agreement when the Landlord has done so.
